We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our service fees if your ITIN application (Form W-7) is rejected by the IRS, provided that the rejection was not due to conditions listed in the “Exclusions” section below.

Exclusions to the Guarantee

A refund will not be issued if the ITIN application is rejected, delayed, or suspended by the IRS due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Client-Provided Information: The client provided false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information or documentation.
  2. Existing Tax ID Number: The IRS determines the applicant is already eligible for or has been issued a Social Security Number (SSN) or already has an ITIN.
  3. Failure to Respond: The client fails to respond to inquiries from us or the IRS for additional information within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Failure to Provide Documents: The client fails to provide the necessary supporting documents (e.g., valid passport) required for the application.

Service Process & Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Submission: You may cancel your order for a full refund before we have begun preparing your application file. If you cancel after we have started work (e.g., reviewed documents, prepared forms) but before we have submitted the application to the IRS, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a processing fee of $50 to compensate for work already performed.
  • Cancellation After Submission: No refund can be issued once your completed application package has been reviewed, certified by our CAA, and mailed to the IRS. At this point, our service has been fully rendered.

IRS Processing Times

We guarantee to prepare and submit your application within the timeframe specified in your purchased plan (e.g., 1-2 business days for Priority, 5-7 business days for Standard). However, we have no control over the IRS processing times, which can vary from 7 weeks to 11 weeks, or longer in some cases. Delays in IRS processing do not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on our guarantee, you must provide us with a copy of the official rejection notice (e.G., IRS Notice CP566) from the IRS. We will review the notice and, if the rejection is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund of our service fee within 10 business days.
