What happens after you submit your information: document review, Form W-7 preparation, CAA certification, and mailing to the IRS.

Internal Review Comes First

After you complete payment and submit your information, we review your passport copy and personal details before preparing the IRS forms.

This review is designed to catch common issues early, such as unclear passport images, incomplete address information, or name formatting that does not match the passport.

We Prepare Form W-7

Form W-7 is the official IRS application for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. We prepare the form based on the information you provide and the tax purpose for your ITIN application.

If a final confirmation is needed, we will ask you to review the prepared form before the package is mailed.

CAA Certification and Supporting Documents

As an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent, we help verify identity documentation for eligible applicants. This allows many applicants to complete the process without mailing their original passport to the IRS.

The final package may include Form W-7, the CAA certification document, a copy of your passport, and any supporting tax-purpose documentation required for your case.

Mailing the Package to the IRS

Once the package is complete, we mail it to the IRS ITIN Operation. You will receive a tracking number so you can confirm that the package is on its way.

After the IRS receives the package, processing time is controlled by the IRS. We cannot guarantee or expedite the IRS review timeline, but we will notify you once there is an update or approval notice.
